- Any workmanship defects can be returned within 14 days for an exchange of the exact item or a refund.
- All items are inspected for defects prior to shipping. If an item is considered damaged, you can exchange it.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges to Got It Covered Boutique.
- No refunds or exchanges for items over 14 days.
