RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

• All items at Got It Covered Boutique are uniquely made to order. 

•  Any workmanship defects can be returned within 14 days for an exchange of the exact item or a refund.

• All items are inspected for defects prior to shipping. If an item is considered damaged, you can exchange it.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges to Got It Covered Boutique.

• No refunds or exchanges for items over 14 days.

• Indicate reason for return.

• Once item is received, an exchange or refund will be granted.
